David Kuhn is a teacher and author of Within Us, trained in psychosynthesis (holistic counseling). He is a certified herbalist and a graduate of two sound healing schools, and works with shamanic sound, breathwork, and herbalism to support others in reconnecting with their true nature and inner knowing.

His work is rooted in embodiment—the lived experience of truth within the body—and the cultivation of coherence, where the heart, mind, and field begin to move in harmony. Through this, he supports others in reconnecting with their deeper intelligence.

With decades of experience, David draws from both personal transformation and years of study with spiritual teachers, alongside extensive education across these fields. His work bridges grounded practice with expanded awareness, creating a space where insight is not only understood, but felt and lived.

He guides those moving through spiritual awakening, energetic sensitivity, or periods of inner stagnation—thresholds where deeper truth begins to emerge and reorganize one’s way of being.

He has also spent many years working with the unhoused and those healing from addiction, offering sound and breath ceremonies to support recovery, dignity, and reconnection.

At the center of his work is the art of neutrality—the still point where coherence arises and true inner knowing becomes accessible. Through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, and sacred sound, he invites others into a direct experience of what has always been within.
